Data Deletion Instructions
Sothik ID processes identity data used for sign-in, account security, recovery, OAuth, and relying-party handoff. You can request deletion of identity data that is no longer required for security, legal, operational, or fraud-prevention purposes.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Sothik ID account through https://sothik.com. Include the provider used to sign in, such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or GitHub, and the email address on the account.
What We Delete
After validating the request, we delete or anonymize eligible identity profile data, OAuth provider links, profile image references, recovery state, and inactive session records associated with Sothik ID.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited security, audit, abuse-prevention, legal, or transaction-adjacent records where required to protect Sothik services or comply with applicable obligations. Product licenses, customer operations, invoices, payments, and settlement records are controlled by One Sothik, Sothik Pay, or the relevant relying service.
Third-Party Providers
If you used a third-party sign-in provider, you may also need to manage or revoke Sothik access in that provider's own account settings.
