Privacy Statement

This statement explains how Sothik ID handles identity data used for sign-in, account security, recovery, OAuth, and relying-party handoff.

Information We Process

We may process identifiers such as email address, phone number, account subject, display name, provider ID, profile picture URL, authentication method, token metadata, session state, recovery token state, and security/audit events.

How We Use Information

We use account data to verify identity, operate login and recovery flows, protect sessions, prevent abuse, issue identity-only tokens, and hand identity context to authorized Sothik relying services.

Service Authorization

Sothik ID does not grant product or service permissions. One Sothik controls licenses, entitlements, product access, staff/admin authorization, and customer operations. Sothik Pay controls payment records, payment processing, and payment-only exceptions.

No Financial Account Data

Sothik ID is an identity service, not a financial account service. It does not hold balances, process payments, transfer money, issue credit, or store banking/wallet value. Payment records are handled by Sothik Pay or the relevant payment provider.

Third-Party Providers

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, GitHub, or another provider, we receive the profile information needed to identify your account, such as email address and provider subject. Provider data is handled according to this statement and the provider's own privacy terms.

Cookies and Security

Sothik ID cookies are scoped to accounts.sothik.com and are used for identity sessions, OAuth state, and security. We do not set broad identity cookies for all sothik.com subdomains.

Retention

We retain account and security data as needed to operate sign-in, meet security needs, support recovery, audit authentication activity, and comply with applicable obligations.

Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of eligible Sothik ID data by following the data deletion instructions.
